Anil to play in ACC Elite Player Series

Nepal National Cricket Team’s opening batsman Anil Kumar Shah is set to leave for Singapore to participate in the second edition of ACC Elite Player Series.

The news was given by the cricket player association through a press meet. This opportunity was possible through Singapore Cricket Board’s invitation along Cricket Players Association’s conjunction. Anil will play for SG Crimson in the tournament.

Anil will play alongside Zimbabwe’s Richard Ngarava. His team will be coached by Pakistan’s Bilal Asad.

3 teams will participate in the tournament which will kick off from May 1. SG Crimson will play two matches in the first day of the tournament. Likewise, they will play two more games in May 2 and May 4. The final will be played in May 5.

Teams and players list

Players from Thailand, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, Nepal and Singapore will take part in the tournament. International cricketers like Elton Chigumbura, Nathan Waller, and Malcolm Waler are set to play in the 5 day event.
