Arjen Aryal scripted history in the first Nepalese Cricket Association Australia(NCAA) one day tournament in Australia smashing six sixes in a over against Hamro Youth Cricket Club.
In the match played at Piranha Park in Sydney on 29th January 2017, the Laliguras Cricket Club skipper Arjen smashed 6 sixes in the 13th over bowled by Saroj Karki of Hamro Youth Cricket Club. Arjen scored 55 runs from 27 balls in the 35 over match. Thanks to his blitzkrieg innings Laliguras posted 218 run before getting all out in 31.1 overs. Hamro Youth managed only 106 runs in the chase handing the Laliguras 112 run win.
“NCAA organizes T20 tournament annually in Sydney. The 35 over one day version was introduced only this year”, said Prashant Subedi in an online conversation with wicketnepal.
