Paras Khadka Elected to Kathmandu District Cricket Association

Former Nepali National Cricket Team captain Paras Khadka has been elected as a member of the Kathmandu District Cricket Association.

The fourth annual general meeting of the association, held on Tuesday, elected a new working committee headed by Diwakar Ghale. Khadka was one of the 11 members elected to the committee.

Khadka has been elected as a district member for the first time since his retirement from cricket.

Ajay Bir Pandey, vice president of Kathmandu district, Kiran Rana as secretary and Binit Dhwaj Chand as treasurer were unanimously elected.

Along with Paras, the members include Amrita Poudel, Manish Kumar Dhungel, Arun Satyal, Bijay Sharma, Ritesh Dangol, Raman Shrestha, Shashwat Sharma, Himal Raj Giri, Dhirendra Lal Shrestha and Jyoti Gurung.
