The Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) is set to host a tri-national T20 series starting on October 18, 2023, in preparation for the ICC T20 World Cup qualifiers.
This series will feature Nepal, UAE, and Hong Kong, and will consist of seven matches over the course of a week. Six matches will be held at the Mulpani International Cricket Ground, with the final match scheduled for the TU International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

- October 19, 2023: Hong Kong vs Nepal at 11:00 AM (Mulpani International Cricket Ground)
- October 21, 2023: Nepal vs Hong Kong at 11:00 AM (Mulpani International Cricket Ground)
- October 22, 2023: Hong Kong vs UAE at 11:00 AM (Mulpani International Cricket Ground)
- October 23, 2023: Nepal vs UAE at 11:00 AM (Mulpani International Cricket Ground)
- October 25, 2023: Hong Kong vs UAE at 1:00 PM (Mulpani International Cricket Ground)
- October 27, 2023: Finals at 11:00 AM (TU International Cricket Ground)
Following this tri-nation series, the T20 qualifying tournament will commence on October 30, 2023, featuring eight teams competing for a chance to qualify for the ICC T20 World Cup. The top two teams from the qualifying tournament will secure their spots in the World Cup.
