Dev Khanal and Anil Kumar Shah Secure Spots in Nepal Squad

The squad representing Nepal has been unveiled for the triangular series within the ICC World Cup League Two, which includes Namibia, Netherlands, and Nepal.

Although the initial team was announced a few days ago, the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) declared the final squad on Wednesday.

CAN has announced a 15-member squad under the captaincy of Rohit Kumar Paudel.

Dev Khanal and Anil Kumar Sah have earned spots, replacing Rijan Dhakal and Arjun Saud from the initial selection. Dev showcased solid batting performances in the series against Canada, while Wicket-keeper batsman Sah achieved a record half-century and a century in the series against Canada that concluded on Monday.

The ODI series under World Cup League Two between Nepal, Namibia, and Netherlands will commence on February 15th. Nepal and Namibia will clash in the first match of the series. The second match will feature the Netherlands and Nepal on February 17th, while the Netherlands and Namibia will face off on February 19th.

Nepal is scheduled to play against Namibia on February 21st for their third match of the series. The series will culminate with a match between Nepal and Netherlands on February 25th, while Namibia and Netherlands will compete on February 23rd.

All three games are set to commence at 9:30 in the morning Nepali time.
