The Patan High Court has requested the birth certificate of Gaushala 26, the victim in the rape case involving cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane.
On Monday, the joint bench of High Court Judges Munendra Prasad Awasthi and Durga Prasad Dhungel ordered the production of the birth certificate, along with a copy of the application for birth registration.
Previously, the District Court of Kathmandu issued the birth certificate three times and declared Gaushala 26 as an adult.
