The Arjun Trophy National Cricket Tournament, held in memory of the late Arjun Khadka—a pioneer of cricket in Dhangadhi and the Sudurpashchim Province—featured eight teams from across Nepal. The tournament offered a total cash prize of nearly NPR 2 million, with the winner receiving NPR 1 million and the runner-up awarded NPR 500,000. Individual accolades included NPR 100,000 for the Best Player of the Tournament and NPR 50,000 each for the Best Batsman, Best Bowler, and Emerging Player. The Player of the Match in each game received NPR 10,000.

The tournament was organized by Go Dreamers and was part of the Nepal Cricket Association’s annual calendar. Matches were held at the Fapla International Cricket Ground in Dhangadhi, with tickets available through the Khalti app. The event was also broadcast live on Action Sports HD 1 TV.

The Arjun Trophy not only commemorated the contributions of Arjun Khadka to cricket in the region but also provided a platform for emerging cricket talent in Nepal to showcase their skills on a national stage.
