The full schedule for the upcoming ACC Premier Cup, to be hosted in Nepal next month

The Asian Cricket Council has published the schedule for the ACC Premier Cup, which is scheduled to take place from April 24 to May 8, 2023. The tournament will feature a total of 10 teams, and will be played in a 50-over format. This will be the inaugural tournament of the ACC Men’s Premier Cup, and all matches except those involving Nepal and the UAE will be List A matches. The matches will take place at the Mulpani Cricket Ground and the Tribhuwan University International Ground. It will be the first time that Nepal is hosting the ACC Premier Cup, and the Mulpani Cricket Ground will also host the first-ever international cricket game.

 

The Premier Cup tournament format will feature two groups, with each team playing four games. The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals. The winner of the tournament will get a chance to play in the Asia Cup alongside India and Pakistan. The winner, runner-up, and third-place teams will also have the opportunity to play in the Emerging ACC Men’s Asia Cup tournament, which will take place in July, along with India A, Pakistan A, Sri Lanka A, Afghanistan A, and Bangladesh A.

 

All matches will be played at 9:30 AM Nepali time. Nepal will play four matches at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground and one match against Saudi Arabia at the Mulpani Cricket Stadium.
