The final list of players for the Mini Auction of the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL) has been released.
According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), 150 players have been shortlisted from a total of 458 who had registered for the auction.
The players were selected based on evaluation criteria set by CAN’s technical committee. Only those who met the required standards were included in the final list.
This year’s Mini Auction is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 9 (24th Shrawan 2082).
The 150 players have been divided into three categories. Category A includes 8 players, Category B has 35 players, and Category C consists of 107 players.
All eight franchises participating in NPL Season 2 have already released their retention lists, confirming the players they will carry forward from the previous season.
