The most common question of the town; Who is Karan KC? Every one wants to know about the new excited talent who has been named in a preliminary squad for the ICC WCL Division 3. He is a well built right arm fast bowler with a high arm action. He came from India and stayed with his Uncle and Aunty in Pokhara during his trials in Pokhara for the regional team.
-Most interesting fact about Karan KC is, he never played with a deuce ball before he came to Nepal, when Deepesh Khatri, former Nepal international saw him in nets and impressed by his pace, asked him to trial for the Pokhara regional team which he passed and was included straight away in the squad for Senior Nationals. Rest is history.
-He was the member of title winning Panchkanya Tez team for first edition of 50-Over NPL held earlier this year. He played under the captaincy of Sharad Vesawkar.
-He picked up 10 wickets in 7 matches he played in the premier league. He picked up atleast a wicket in almost every game he played.
