Friday,Nepal has been beaten badly by India in last game.India won the match by 99 runs. This was the worst history in Nepal’s women cricket.They broke their own record of lowest score in the last game against India scoring just 21 runs.
Nepal won the toss and elected to field first.India set total of 121 in the loss of 5 wickets.This was the good bowling figure of Nepal’s Women in comparison to their batting, captain Rubina chettri took 2 wickets and Sita Magar and karuna Bhandari took 1/1 wicket each.
While chasing the target of 121, Nepal scored only 21 which was the lowest total of Nepal and this score broke their own record of lowest total of 23 against Sri Lanka in same tournament.
This was the lowest score of Women’s team in International Game since 2007. Nepal crossed the score of 50 runs in the game against Thailand only in the whole tournament even after playing 5 games in total.The Nepali team which has scored 63 against Thailand, scored 47 against Pakistan,23 against Srilanka, 41 against Bangladesh and 21 against India.
