Australia started their T20 World Cup for Blind campaign on a winning note as they defeated Nepal by 10 wickets.
Deciding to bat first Nepal posted a target of 144 with contribution from Sunil Subedi Chhetri (34) and Kritan Shrestha Duwal (29)
In reply Australia chased down the target easily in 12.4 Overs without the loss of any wickets with both the openers Stephen Leo Palmer and Matthew James Cameron scoring 48 and 68 runs respectively.
Nepal will play its second Match on 1st February (Tomorrow) at Delhi Saket DDA.
The 10 team event is being held in India from 30th January-5th February. All teams will face each other in league matches with top four teams reaching semi final.
