CYC Attariya Won the game by 40 runs against Kathmandu Goldens in the first match of Dhangadi Premiere League held in Dhangadi.
Winning the toss and deciding to bat first Kathmandu Goldens restricted CYC Attariya to 146 runs with the loss of all wickets. For CYC Attariya Yogendra Singh Karki scored 57 of 41 balls with the help 7 fours and 1 six. Gyanendra Kuwar also played a not out innings of 34 from 23 balls in the lower order to help Attariya reach towards a respectabe total.
Coming down to bat Kathmandu Goldens Batsman struggled from the beginning as they lost their 7 wickets with just 33 runs on the board. For Goldens Sompal Kami and Santosh Bhatta Scored 40 and 31 runs respectively while all other batsman failed to cross double Figures. To restrict Goldens to 106 runs Avinas Bohora picked up 4 wickets giving just 11 runs in his 3.4 overs spell while Binod Lama chipped in with 3 wickets in his 4 overs spell giving just 9 runs.
Avinas Bohora was declared Man of the match for his brilliant performance with the bowl.
